Choose your cover when you book: no insurance (you are fully liable for damage), Basic Insurance (your maximum participation for covered damage to the vehicle is ₱15,000), or Full Insurance (₱0 participation for covered damage to the vehicle). Insurance covers damage to the rented vehicle only, not injury or third-party damage, and does not apply to misuse, reckless or drunk driving, or unauthorised drivers.
Pick-up and return: free at the main office in Mandaluyong, or add delivery and return pick-up to your hotel, home or NAIA airport when you book.
Requirements for self-drive
- Upload when booking: your driver’s license and a proof of billing (or your hotel booking confirmation).
- Security deposit: ₱10,000, paid at vehicle turnover and refundable when the vehicle is returned on time and in the same condition, with the same fuel level.
- Original passport: surrendered to the vehicle owner at turnover and returned when the vehicle is returned.
- Rental agreement: you sign the owner’s rental agreement upon turnover of the vehicle.
- Bring your original, valid driver’s license; only the named renter may drive.
Good to know
- One rental day is 24 hours. Want to extend? Tell the owner at least 24 hours before the end of your rental.
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level, using premium fuel (diesel). Tolls, parking, flat tires and fuel are paid by the renter.
- No smoking (₱5,000 cleaning fee). Pets are allowed in a closed travel kennel; extra cleaning for pet hair costs ₱1,000.
- No inter-island trips, rough or impassable roads, or driving in severe weather or flooding.
- Number coding (UVVRP) days are not covered; a replacement vehicle on coding days may be requested for a fee.
- Lost key replacement: ₱10,000. Roadside assistance is provided (within 24 hours in Metro Manila, 48 hours outside).

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the rental start date for a full refund (excluding the Processing Fee). Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
