How it works
- Add your flight number and arrival time, and your hotel name and address, in your booking.
- Our staff will meet you at the arrival gate with your name on a sign and take you to your driver.
- Up to 90 minutes of waiting time after landing for immigration and baggage.
- If your flight is delayed, the transfer is rescheduled free of charge.

- Car (Toyota sedan or similar, 2016–2020): up to 3 guests and 3 large bags.
- Minivan (Toyota Commuter or similar, 2012–2020): up to 6 guests and 8 large bags.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 2 days (48 hours) before the transfer date for a full refund (excluding the Processing Fee). Cancellations within 2 days of the transfer: no refund. If the transfer is cancelled by the operator because of weather, operational or security reasons, you receive a full refund.
